The Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, Malcolm Turnbull announced today $2.767 million in funding for a study that will outline the water lost through evaporation and plant use. According to the Minister, the study should help rural communities be “much better placed to improve water productivity and to estimate the availability of water.”
