Garnaut questions ‘compromised’ emissions trading scheme

Climate Adviser Professor Ross Garnaut has suggested the Federal Government’s emissions trading scheme could be too compromised in its current form to be even worth pursuing. The current draft scheme does not target the level of cuts recommended by Garnaut in his latest review.
